Dr. Ansari
Even with school and research, I somehow find time to do other things as well, such as playing the piano, skating, reading, etc. Of these activities, playing the piano is probably the one which is easiest. In fact, I have played the piano for longer than I can remember. Favorite composers include Chopin and Schubert, but sometimes also Beethoven, Bach, Debussy or others. It's difficult to decide!

I like sports in general, since I also play ultimate and tennis and ride my bike quite often when the weather is nice. However, an activity that is relatively new for me is figure skating. I started skating when I started going to school at Cornell. Ice hockey is the big sport here, similar to football at Penn State. However, once I got on the ice, I realized that I liked the ice skating part of hockey more than hockey itself! So, although I still play hockey with CS Hockey, figure skating practice and class usually occupies most of my ice time.

Between practicing piano and skating, I already spend much of my time. But when I get a chance, especially during school breaks, I spend quite a bit of time reading. Usually, my reading material belongs to two classes, either world classics or science/technology books. Besides reading, every once in a while, I will attempt to write poems. Most of the poems I have written were for a creative writing class I took at Penn State, but I still do write some new poems from time to time.

Finally, last but not least, are the quotes from Dr. Ansari's math courses at Penn State Berks. Just read them -- they're funny!
